writing this damned essay is killing me

I'm not sure why - I could write pages, and pages, and pages, and pages about reasons why people are overweight, and give numerous statistics about it, and then write an infinite number of pages on les troubles alimentaires, including behaviour and causes.

So why am I finding it so difficult?

EDIT:

Because it was impossible to write it impartially, I realised. It was dead weird trying to write about fat people as just people who needed to lose a bit of weight and eating disordered people as people with serious problems. All things I know on some level, but not exactly how I'd usually talk about them.
