A friend gave me a cough sweet today. It had nutritional information on the side of it. I didn't know they did that. I don't want them any more.

Ugh, I forget that even cough sweets have calories...
ReplyDeleteThank you for your comment. Being undiagnosed/undiagnosable is horrible, even when you're not sure if you actually want the help that could be offered to you. And the knowledge that people know, or could find out... even worse.
Everything is a mess. And yet the little voice in my head continues to tell me that if I don't eat, it'll be okay... a strange logic.
