Am achingly sore from Wii Fit-ing yesterday, plan to get stuck in again in about 15 minutes. Lost 1lb this morning, but am now at that irritating weight where I usually just stick. I just want to tip the scales that little bit more.
Paha Radio 1 Newsbeat's top story today is about the number of young girls being treated for anorexia nowadays, saying that they're not paid attention to until they're so fucking underweight they have to be hospitalised. Oh so true.
